From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by the freshness of the ingredients—there’s a large tank showcasing all the live seafood available, so you know exactly what you’re getting. It’s not just a meal here—it’s a full experience. The menu is focused and straightforward: fresh seafood is the star of the show. Don’t expect a long menu with lots of options—this place is all about premium, quality seafood done right. We ordered the combination seafood pot and a king crab, and both were absolutely amazing. The seafood pot was full of flavour and generously portioned, perfect for sharing. The king crab was fresh, meaty, and cooked to perfection. What really stood out, even beyond the delicious food, was the exceptional service. Honestly, it was the best service we’ve received at any restaurant in a long time. The staff were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. One staff member even helped us cook the seafood combination pot at our table, which made the experience even more enjoyable and memorable. It felt like we were being hosted rather than just served. We also tried the Paua fried rice, and it was a delightful surprise—perfectly cooked and rich in seafood flavour. Every dish felt thoughtfully prepared, highlighting the freshness of the ingredients. Another bonus is the free parking lot behind the restaurant, which is a rare find in this area and makes visiting even more convenient. We had a wonderful night with lots of fresh seafood, great conversation, and warm hospitality. Highly recommend 928 Eatery if you want an authentic and satisfying seafood experience in Auckland.

The flavours are authentic, portions are generous, and everything is prepared with great care. Chef Priyanka is lovely — her skill and warm attitude make the experience even better. Highly recommended for great value and excellent taste.

Tried Blossom Court for the first time and was really impressed! We ordered the Guluyok rice, prawn noodle soup, and pan mee soup. The flavour was rich, and truly authentic, just like what you’d get back home in Malaysia. + they added the pork lard in the soup absolutely boosts the flavor of the soup. The Malaysian boss Ah Ming was also very friendly and welcoming. Looking forward to coming back soon, their laksa noodle is next on my list!

We had chicken nibbles, chicken thighs, chips and pork roast meal. Everything was so tasty. I agree with the other reviewers that the chicken nibbles are one of a kind. Full of flavor. My partner and I also enjoyed the roast pork and the pork cracklings were to die for! The roast vegetables were also delicious. The chips were crispy and nicely seasoned with chicken salt. The 2 servers were also really nice in person and over the phone when I ordered.

So happy to find a bento spot that delivers fresh, tasty bento! I had the crispy teriyaki salmon which was good. Rich but clean. Quality maki, well made rice and a decent amount of salad. The crumbed deep fried prawns were awful though - cold, greasy, overly crumbed and not fresh tasting. Otherwise really good!

ORDERED: 1x Large Pork Pita Pocket - $10.50 1x Small Lamb Pita Pocket - $8.50 4x Potatoes - $0.70 ea 2x Feijoa & Apple Smoothies - $5.80 Well first time here, and walked in and kind of didnt expect too much. but Was I wrong. The taste was fresh and the portion of the large pita pocket was just surprisingly big. The smoothies were delicious and they chucked in pork crackling as well. We will definitely come here again.
