928-eatery

quote My friends highly recommended this seafood restaurant, my expectations were also set very high. Unfortunately, upon trying it out, the taste and quality of the ingredients were average at best.

quote The food here is soo good but took sooo long! We came here for an early dinner on thursday night and ordered the karaage chicken on curry and udon, the tempura salmon on salad and the beef udon. all three dishes was so delicious and flavour were really nice. BUT, the food took over half an hour to be made and at that point we were really over it. I’d recommend getting takeaways from this place instead of eating there so you don’t have to wait too long or calling and ordering ahead of time.

quote The food was delicious! The clay pot rice was impressive. We hadn't had clay pot rice in a long time, and it was up to true local standards. The malatang was very tasty, with a wonderfully creamy soup. We'll definitely be coming back again.

creamomo-tea-house-dominion-rd

quote Been coming here for a while now and we’ve tried many bubble teas. The Fire Creamomo milk tea is the best drink there and I highly recommend it to anyone who is new to try this amazing tea. It has caramelised sugar on top (think crème brûlée sugar), delicious cheesy foam and a strong tea flavour! A must try 😊

da-di-spring-pancake

quote Da Di pancakes is one of our favorite places for a group meal. This meal ended up being about $22 per person for 4 people and we were all stuffed! Food was delicious and portions are really good value. The interior is quite dated but still tidy and the owners are friendly. I definitely recommend for a underrated hidden gem on Dominion.

dragon-boat-restaurant

quote I wanted to try the roasted duck but was disappointed with the taste. Almost all the food I tried in New Zealand tasted bland little salt or flavor. The dimsum food is mediocre. Had the chicken feet, shrimp and pork siomai with chili oil. The duck tasted as if it was steamed or boiled, skin isn’t crispy at all. To me it’s tasteless compared to Chinatown NYC Peking ducks
