I reckon Mt Albert Dumpling House serves the best Chinese food in town. You get properly cooked, tasty food here. The Chicken and Chives dumplings are juicy and the spicy sauce has a real kick. The Kung Pao Chicken tastes good, but it had too many peanuts which overpowered the chicken a bit. The Veg Fried Rice is a winner though since it is light rather than greasy. You should visit if you want a satisfying feed.

Very good price for a large
amount of dumplings. Our favourite go-to place when we’re craving dumpling’s. Our favourite side dish is the spring onion pancakes with their homemade mayo 😋

Wow - the dumplings here are INCREDIBLY delicious! Highly recommend the sweet spicy sauce too - that was superb. Friendly service and made quickly too! Will definitely be back!

We've just moved to the neighbourhood and decided to check out Dumpling House, my partner and I tired and hungry from cleaning and moving.
The welcome was warm and friendly, the beer cold, and the food excellent. We had shredded pork in fish sauce over noodles, and pork mince and pickled cabbage dumplings in a spicy sauce. Good lord, it was delicious and plentiful. We slurped down the noodles and finished all the dumplings.
We've had some pretty mediocre Chinese food from another place, and we've had some very good South East Asian "fusion" food from two or three other places, but it's nice to find a spot that serves excellent food straight up. We will definitely be back to explore the menu.

The food is absolutely delicious. As a Chinese, I will say this is the most favorite place I go. The food is not over cooked and the taste is very good. Everything is fresh and made perfectly. This is an underrated place. This is a hidden five star place in the community. This is a place you want to visit second times
