Little Tiger Dumpling

Little Tiger Dumpling is hands-down our absolute favourite dumpling spot! We’re regulars and always order the chicken & corn pan-fried dumplings—they’re incredible. Juicy, perfectly balanced, and that hint of sweetness from the corn pairs so beautifully with their chilli oil, vinegar, and all the other dipping sauces. The service is always friendly and welcoming, and the chef is genuinely kind and attentive. Every visit feels like a treat. 10/10 recommend to anyone who loves dumplings done right! 🥟✨

My husband and I were visiting Auckland and we were intrigued by the amount of places to eat. We walked by this shop and could not resist. Little Tiger Dumpling is truly a hidden gem for take away dumplings or a quick dinning setting. Seating is limited but don’t let that stop you. We got take away pork and cabbage dumplings and chicken fried rice and ate at a near by park. The owner is very sweet and so helpful in all the questions we had. Everything is so fresh and made to order. She even had a deal that if you spent $16.50 NZ you got a drink included with your meal. Not sure if this was a daily thing or a special of the day but check her out! And she has sins of sauces to choose from for your dumplings. The fried rice was great as well.

While there is minimal seating, this small mom and pop shop was the best welcome to New Zealand. Their fried rice was excellent and their dumplings felt like home, everything was great for a reasonable price. Highly recommend visiting them!! They were such lovely people and super welcoming.

I always go here on my lunch break at work. Their service is amazing. The staff are really friendly 😍❤️ honestly I keep coming back because of their fried rice (chicken) it’s so good. Their dumpling id have it a few times and it full of flavours. I also love their weekly special. One time I bought meal and drink and I forgot the drink like completely forgot it and the next time I went the lady remembered me and told me I forgot to get my drink the other week to just grab any drink of my choice incase I’d forget again. I love their honestly and their service 🥰🥰 thank you

Stopped by during a visit to Auckland for their hot and sour soup (which was sold out), but stayed for the tofu scallion dumplings! Their service was friendly, and the dumplings were light and satisfying. I ate a lot more than I thought I could, and even came back a few days later. To my surprise, the owners remembered us and gave us a discount! I would recommend this for anyone craving tasty, speedy Chinese food from kind people.
