Best Fish and Chips in Whangaparaoa. Such awesome and filling family packs, just add extra chips. The fish is so yummy!! We are a family of 5 and always can feed our family for around $30. If they sell tartare itll just ellivate the experience 😅 I also especially loved one afternoon I think there son was playing Lego on the table and I just thought that was the sweetest family business.

The pork belly fat was translucent with crispy crackling, an absolute winning start. We were given a wee free sample by the owner followed by a bloody fantastic feed. We got pork, rice and a few burgers. The chicken burger wasn't just a frozen patty, it was full to the brim of beautiful chicken thigh cooked to perfection. It was onnn. What a bloody treat! The pork was perfect, chicken perfect and great customer service, very down to earth.

I used to go to Takapuna Basu lounge. Basu lounge Brownsbay is way better. Very generous amount of mixed vegetables wow. More than double amount compared to Takapuna one. We will have to come back here for mixed vege salads and also dumplings!!!!

Kiwi style Chinese fried rice right here - IYKYK. - Steak fried rice 10/10 Perfect rice, balance of peas, bean sprouts, egg, and steak. Rice has a slight char, showing that the wok is well used and high quality. Any of the rice dishes is a must. - Combination egg foo yong 8.5/10 Great portion size, would do 3 people. Still had egg moisture seeping through the paper plate, but the dish was moist nice Combination of meats. - Chips 7/10 Need to add salt too many small end bit for my liking - Mussel and scallops 8/10 Well battered good quality size, they should ve @ 3.50 each. Highly suggest happy with their food prep, and friendly people.

It’s been a while since we bought from here. Never disappointed. Value for money. We ordered the special deal steak chow mein/chicken fried rice combo at $34. Enough to feed a family of 4. And 1 portion of fries for $4.50 - enough for 2 people. Quick service. Securely wrapped and ready to go. Delicious and plenty leftover for tomorrow. The chips were cooked to perfection. Based at Northcote shopping centre next to Woolworth supermarket. Lots of free parking. Very popular and busy takeaway. ❤️

It was okay. Disappointed as the description of the food said it came with vegetables but it only came with a little bit of cabbage? The dish I purchased was $16 so thought the portion size would be reasonable, it was not.
