First time trying Bubble Tea as I don't actually drink tea. Coffee/mocha is my preference & no tea at all for me.
So this was such a pleasant (& delicious) surprise! Yummy!!
This retailer seemed to be very popular, as witnessed by the crowd of people waiting for their orders, but waiting times were extremely minimal.

Drinks:
They have a great variety of drinks and all sorts of different toppings. They are always so good - so far, I have never been disappointed with my order! If you get a fruit tea, they use real fruit rather than artificial flavours. I definitely would recommend the Biscoff Milk tea (my latest discovery and new favourite) and if you want something super unique, their Durian Sago drink is nice (I like durian though, so I might be biased) and they use real durian!
Service:
They are always super nice. If you come in a group, they give the drinks all together rather than one at a time. This does mean that it might take a while before you get your drink though, but there is a bench next to the shop, so you can sit and chill while you wait. However, you can call ahead, if you want, so you don't end up waiting.
Price:
Compared to other boba places, they are a bit more on the expensive side. However, I personally think that their drinks are worth it.

Best milk tea type of drink we have had in Auckland. I don't understand the low rating honestly.
