Bubble Tea

Bubble tea most commonly consists of tea accompanied by chewy tapioca balls, but it can be made with other toppings as well. There is a common misconception that the name "bubble tea" refers to the appearance of the pearls (or boba), but it originates from the appearance of bubbles in the milk and tea blend after it is removed from the shaking machine. Bubble tea has many varieties and flavors, but the two most popular varieties are black pearl milk tea and green pearl milk tea with tapioca balls at the bottom.

quote Customer service spot on! Very welcoming, friendly, knowledgeable team! Menu has enough to find something that may fit your dietary requirements. Burgers & chips were fresh, so yummy! Recommend the signature Burleigh burger #1 delicious #2 big #3 drink included on the price of the burger (perfect if you have a big appetite, or just to try a yummy Burger) buy the peri peri sauce if you don’t mind a little kicker to dip chips. I’ll be back to try more! Cheers

quote I did an online order which was easy and straight forward, fast and efficient and the man that dropped meal was lovely..i had the cheesy garlic pizza which was great, the chips however were a let down string chips that were burnt on ends and under cooked in middle, I tried them and that was it. I think they were cooked in an airfryer? I'd suggest deep frying them. Other than the chips everything else was great! So I would fully recommend them!

quote Recently tried on. Recommendation and really enjoyed the food except the starter i forgot the name was below average. We ordered Masala Dosa, chilli something ( forgot exact name) as starter, steam rice, vegetable noodles and butter chicken with plain and cheese naans and goli dodas. The environment was bit noisy but lively with punjsbi music. Will definitely will visit again. Recommend ✔️

quote I’m visiting Melbourne and recently tried the Rara Chicken at Dosa Hut Bendigo — and honestly, it was amazing! The flavours were rich, authentic, and perfectly balanced. What impressed me even more was their tandoori roti and garlic naan. Hands down, the best I’ve had in Australia. Soft, fresh, and full of flavour — exactly how Indian bread should be. The service was great and the food came out hot and delicious. If you’re craving authentic Indian food, Dosa Hut Bendigo is definitely worth a visit!
