Thought we'd try Adanaa Turkish Takeaway tonight. Wasn't bad, quite a lot of salad and to a lesser extent rice, but not much chicken percentage wise.. Tasty but was a little bland, so overall an average experience.

I love Asian food and we’re always looking for places nearby to have a favourite so that we don’t have to travel so far away. This place has potential, but I think the quality of food can be better.. for example I love fried round beans either garlic or black bean flavour, but when we ordered it it was too soft. It doesn’t have that crunchy texture that it usually has. Then we got the promotion fried pork., but I realised it was just full of fat and not much it was a meat. And that feels a little bit overwhelming, too much fat to meat ratio. I hope that they get better at the quality of food, there is a lot of competition out there with Chinese food anyway.

My family and I have been regular visitors to Asian Wok, and it never fails to hit the spot for our Chinese food cravings! We also can’t get enough of the beef and spring onion stir-fry, which is always a crowd-pleaser. Every dish is prepared with care, showcasing authentic flavors that make every bite a delight. The staff’s attentiveness and the welcoming atmosphere only add to the experience, making Asian Wok our go to spot for Chinese cuisine in Auckland. If you’re looking for delicious food, fast service, and a friendly vibe, I highly recommend giving Asian Wok a try, you won’t be disappointed!

My second time at Avondale Takeaway's highly recommended. 2× super burgers were amazing plenty of meat (meat pattie steak and bacon with the usual egg etc). A serve of chips and 6x battered mussels and a hot dog. Had fish from this place a few months ago, very good. They are reasonably priced.

We got 3 pizzas, chicken tandoori, beef pepperoni and margeretta. The pizza base was really good. There was definately more than one pepperoni on the pepperoni pizza 😂. The staff was polite and helpful. They could improve their dine in services but it was clean, affordable and tasty

Ordered online and they send a text message that its available. No hassle. Food was alright, little serving than I expected.
