You also have an option to remove the salad or not, and the amount you get is more than what you would get at other Japanese mainstream joints. The katsu bowl itself is nothing fancy but has the staple taste you would find when expecting Japanese in a quick lunch setting.

We had the chicken katsu, upon and ramen.
The amount of chicken is smaller and only lukewarm and a little chewier. While the meal was acceptable, it is not a good value like the Royal Oak outlet, which much much better. Would not go back to the Henderson outlet.

Best Mr Katsu so far. Almost double the size of Mr Katsus donburriin Manukau for $14.50 with a drink. Awesome service and easy to find parking. Love that its not inside the mall!! ππ½

What a find! The Chicken Katsu Donburi (Large) was $11, it is simply delicious. The chicken is super tender and the mayo and sauce is scrumptious. The Lady and Man serving were very friendly and welcoming too. I will be back again that is for sure. Totally recommend this restaurant

I dont write reviews ever but i came here expecting it be good or okay... took one bite , instantly thought this is the best tasting most fresh tasting samon avocardo sushi I've ever had in my life... the quality and FRESHNESS of the salmon avocado I ate here was unbeatable while being affordable!!! so im posting my first 5 star review .
It felt like I got twice as much energy from eating it . Thank you to whoever sources the ingredients , stores and prepares it. Absolutely wonderful !
