Cozy little Vietnamese shop tucked away in the small Glendene Shopping Centre. Store is run by a small lovely family and always greets you with a smile. The pho was tasty (flavour tasted more on the sweet side) and bahm mi was full of meat althought the bun seemed like it was starting to get a bit soggy. Good price and value for lunch.

The food is unexpectedly really delicious for a hidden gem near home. I can still taste all the flavours, perfectly balanced in taste. The pricing is also very affordable, I'll be back to try the other menu items.

Every Vietnamese restaurant I eat for the first time, I always use the com suon or com tam as a benchmark.
At Cago, this is no different. Rice was absolutely perfect. The meatloaf was stunning (not common among other Auckland restaurants, some places don't even give you meatloaf on their com suon)
The sauce or nuoc cham was the best. Not too sweet, not too heavy but still have depth.
Bun thit nuong was packed full of toppings and noodles. Good value portion. Spring rolls was okay. I'm not a big fan of the wheat-based spring rolls. If they were the traditional spring rolls with banh trang, it wouldve taste better.
Restaurant decor was nice, too bad I wasn't dining there. Nice service and family owned business. Will definitely come again and try Dine-in next time.

The best wee gem in the West..!! Found this place a few months ago & It never disappoints. Such fresh, authentic Vietnamese food with super lovely people running it.
Can't recommend enough!

The chicken noodles pho was absolutely delicious. Really lovely.
The rolls was also good with the peanut sauce. The ladies were very warm n friendly, they even served us tea when we did not need it due to soup dish. A great place to enjoy a meal.
