Order Food in te-aro

The curries here taste amazing and really give you a taste of India! The service however isn't good, but it isn't bad either. Somehow they missed my garlic naan, even though it was just me ordering. So best to order just takeaway and skip the dine in. Also the Minced Lamb Kebabs weren't all that great for the price of $18.

The lemon rice was awesome all above, needless to say other items in their menu are also equally really delicious. Very helpful hardworking staff always serve the customers with a pleasant smile and with a friendly attitude. Highly recommended for anyone .

My husband and I dined here on our last day here in Wellington during our wider NZ tour and LOVED it! Authentic and tasty Malaysian food, so satisfying and the staff were really warm and attentive which made it a nicer experience. Will miss this place once we’re back in London! - Aisha

Sweet to see the old Mount Cook cafe keep going well, the lovely young owner offer the local residents nice food, also keep the original deco style as before, i think it is the nice way to maintain its history and the connections.

Do. Not. Go. Anywhere. Else. For. Dumplings. I feel as though I have been searching my entire life for these pieces of perfection. Definitely worth every cent of the (slightly steep) price. The owners are beautiful, the food is authentic: Nudel Wellington you are home to my heart & stomach & tastebuds. If you are looking for the best dumplings of your existence, look no further. Discovered this hidden at the end of left bank. Tasty lamb kebabs. The tabouleh was very fresh too!
