Korean cuisine is largely based on rice, vegetables, seafood and meats. Traditional Korean meals are named for the number of side dishes that accompany steam-cooked short-grain rice. Kimchi is served at nearly every meal. Commonly used ingredients include sesame oil, doenjang, soy sauce, salt, garlic, ginger, gochugaru, gochujang and napa cabbage.

We just stopped by tonight on a whim, and so glad we did. Probably up with the best vegetarian Banh mi I’ve had in Auckland. Super friendly service and great price. Thank you! ☺️
