Best kebab I've had in a long time !
Lots of meat and great sauces, a nice hot chilli sauce if you're in to some heat.
Lovely , fast service. Nice free tea break too. Will be back

New Flavour has officially become our late-night go-to spot! 🌙🍴
We ordered Egg Fried Rice, Chicken Fried Rice, and a super refreshing Cucumber Salad – everything was absolutely yummy 😋🔥
The rice was perfectly cooked, full of flavour, and not oily at all. The cucumber salad balanced it out beautifully – light, crunchy, and refreshing. 🥒✨
If you’re craving a tasty, satisfying dinner after hours, this place never disappoints.
Highly recommend it! 🙌

First time at Nitefun 98 Bar Restaurant & Gaming Lounge — and definitely won’t be the last!
The staff were absolutely amazing — super friendly, accommodating, and made us feel welcome from the moment we walked in. The cocktail selection was fantastic, with plenty of fun and creative options to try.
We ordered the squid rings and spring rolls, and both were delicious! The dipping sauce was a little too spicy for my liking 🥴, but still packed with great flavor.
We booked Karaoke Room 2, which fit our group of 10 comfortably — spacious, clean, and with an awesome song list that kept us singing all night! 🎤🎶
Overall, an awesome vibe, great service, and a perfect spot for a fun night out with friends. Highly recommend checking it out!

Was keen to try this place after seeing the reviews, but it ended up being pretty underwhelming. We ordered the chicken nibbles with fries, the Sichuan chicken, and the mango sago.
The chicken nibbles were tasty and very crispy, but the fries were quite dry.
The Sichuan chicken was definitely not authentic. When we ordered it, the staff didn’t even seem aware it was on the menu. It was served warm, even though proper Sichuan kou shui ji is a chilled dish, and the menu even says it should be served cold. The chicken pieces looked like they’d been torn apart carelessly, and the dish didn’t resemble what you’d expect (or the photo on their own menu).
The mango sago also missed the mark. The texture was strangely thick, with barely any mango, and the mango that was there tasted canned. A good sago should be light, silky, and have fresh mango flavour this wasn’t that.
The staff were friendly and easy to deal with, but overall I wouldn’t be rushing back.

Unfortunately did not have the best experience, waited a long time for each meal to arrive. Each meal took about 15mins, it wasn’t a busy night but there were a couple of big families which could have caused the delay.
By the time the next meal came our food became cold or we finished it because we were so hungry.
Some dishes were tasty but definitely overpriced for the portion size. We ordered the sweet and sour pork regular $22 - as shown in the pictures, the bowl was bigger than the portion of food. It was tasty but so disappointing. Very deceiving!!!
The spicy chicken had more chilli than chicken pieces and only skin parts. Again very small portion for the cost.
The crab fried rice was $36 as you can tell from the image the bowl is deceiving. Maybe enough for 2 people.
The dimsum was not as tasty as the other spots we have been too! Must say the sweet and sour was very nice. Other meals were average and pricey. Highly recommend the sweet sour and get the larger size even if it’s just 2 people. You’ll probably get about 8 good 8 good pieces with the regular 😂
Guttered we didn’t enjoy it because it’s so close to home and we’re hoping to make it our regular dimsum spot but maybe another time might be better experience?

If you're a seafood lover, 928 Eatery on Dominion Road, Mt Eden is an absolute must-visit! From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by the freshness of the ingredients—there’s a large tank showcasing all the live seafood available, so you know exactly what you’re getting. It’s not just a meal here—it’s a full experience.
The menu is focused and straightforward: fresh seafood is the star of the show. Don’t expect a long menu with lots of options—this place is all about premium, quality seafood done right. We ordered the combination seafood pot and a king crab, and both were absolutely amazing. The seafood pot was full of flavour and generously portioned, perfect for sharing. The king crab was fresh, meaty, and cooked to perfection.
What really stood out, even beyond the delicious food, was the exceptional service. Honestly, it was the best service we’ve received at any restaurant in a long time. The staff were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. One staff member even helped us cook the seafood combination pot at our table, which made the experience even more enjoyable and memorable. It felt like we were being hosted rather than just served.
We also tried the Paua fried rice, and it was a delightful surprise—perfectly cooked and rich in seafood flavour. Every dish felt thoughtfully prepared, highlighting the freshness of the ingredients.
Another bonus is the free parking lot behind the restaurant, which is a rare find in this area and makes visiting even more convenient.
We had a wonderful night with lots of fresh seafood, great conversation, and warm hospitality. Highly recommend 928 Eatery if you want an authentic and satisfying seafood experience in Auckland.
