I am from Philly and have lived in Brissy for 5 yrs now. A cheesesteak was one of my favourite foods back home. A few places here have tried to recreate this dish, but never get the shaved beef right. Oh Philly had me crying tears of joy as I ate this amazing sandwich! The roll is close, but to be honest there is NO Amoroso Italian roll here 😂, so I was very happy with the substitute they use! The beef was shaved to perfection and the fired onions, Oh so yummy!!! The melted cheese on top was delicious! Was funny to eat a cheesesteak so close to home with hot chips and chicken salt an Aussie staple. The chips were so yummy! I topped the meal off with A&W Root Beer from States! I can’t wait to get back here for another one!! So so good!! Thank you Oh, Philly for bringing a taste of Philly to Brisbane!!!

Had a wonderful time at Spicy Chick Glenelg! The burgers, fried chicken, and fries were absolutely delicious. We were fasting, so the food took a bit longer since we ordered a little late, but the wait was definitely worth it. They even had free nuts and dates, which was a thoughtful touch! I also wanted to give a special shoutout to Ikram, the lovely woman taking orders at the front. Her service was top-notch, and she even gave us free drinks, which made our experience even better. Truly a kind and considerate person who really knows how to take care of customers. Highly recommend them! Amazing food and even better service! 😀

Best fish and chips at the Mount. Short wait time 15 mins, and hoki fish was generous in portion size, crispy batter, flaky inner. Also the banana fritters were amazing, perfectly crispy on outside and perfectly cooked on inside - best I've had. Loved the kumara fries too!!

Got the double pack (crumbed) swapped out savs for 5 calamari rings. Owners were helpful and efficient with our order. Food was made fresh, not oily, and delicious. The pineapple fritters were great!
