Excellent fish and chip shop! My mother who lives close by gets battered fish once a week and I was lucky enough to be visiting one of those nights. They put herbs in the batter which is an ace touch.

It's alright. Decent food, good quantities, in and out fast enough. About what you'd expect from a roadside takeaway shop. You'll get what you need and be decently satisfied.

Unassuming looking place. But the service was friendly, the guy was polite and happy to serve. The chips nice golden brown and not greasy. The batter on the fish was great, I'd recommend getting the terakihi over the normal fish. The cheeseburger was great for $7! A basic meat patty but I really liked the way the cheese was done! My local Fish & Chip shop. It's always been good with only a few dips in quality over the years as owners have changed. The Crumbed fish is always a must have item. Today's meal was good. The hamburger was fantastic and chips crisp and dry. Only wish I had some sauce on the hotdog. Highly recommend store.
