Bought scoop of chips late Saturday afternoon and were delcious and freshly cooked. Bought another scoop the veey next day ( a Sun night )and the chips had been cooked in dirty fat and of poor quality. Did not enjoy them at all compared to the day before. 🥲 from a past fish n chip business owner to another - clean your vats after a busy night with fresh oil whatever it us you use. On the upside, The garlic noodle prawns was amazing as usual😋
