My second time here for lunch with my son. Has frozen dumplings and other treats for other and home steaming. Also has cooked items for sale. There's a single line to order food. Had each of pork, beef and shrimp rice rolls, and beef noodle soup. Better look for an empty dining table while ordering for the queue gets long especially during lunch hours. Hot Tea (self service, unlimited) is free. Takes a while to serve, around 15 mins for us but for sure it's hot and fresh from the kitchen. You just have to bear the temperature - only fans to circulate the air. Tables and chairs are cafeteria style. Doesn't look inviting as the place is quite old, near Red Cross Panmure, but a hidden and popular food treasure.

One of the Best Rice Rolls I’ve Had.
Worth the Drive!
This place seriously has the best rice rolls I’ve eaten so far. Super soft texture and just hits the spot every time. It’s one of those simple dishes that always makes you crave more. And the best part? The price is incredibly affordable for the quality you get.
I actually don’t mind driving all the way from North to South just for this rice roll. it’s that good.
They also serve stir fried ho fun, which is tasty too, though I often find it a bit under-seasoned for my preference. Still enjoyable, just needs a little extra soy sauce
Bonus: They sell a good range of frozen food, like dumplings and buns. I highly recommend both. always stock up whenever I’m here!
If you’re into comfort food that’s affordable, homemade, and full of flavor, this spot is definitely worth checking out

My favourite place to eat beef brisket noodle soup, wonton and egg tarts! I never get bored. Their frozen foods also 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
Old-looking place, but foods are yummy and better than some of the fine dining ones!
Seatings are limited here and everytime I go there at lunchtime in the weekend, this place is always crowded and people queue at the outside, so make sure you come early to get the seats.

Rice noodle rolls and taro bun were delicious and great value

The food was excellent and very cheap. I had the dumplings as pictured, and they were delicious and well prepared.
The food is served on paper plates, and the dining area can best be described as practical and barebones, so it's not a place you go to for the ambiance.
The service was fast despite how busy it was when I was there.
The restaurant also has a large frozen section where you can buy dumplings and buns at very good prices to take home.
Would recommend for the food.
