I recently ordered a fish burger, chips, and a drink. The chips were a real highlight — full of flavour and some of the best I’ve ever had. That said, I was a little let down by the fish burger. The fillet was quite thin, didn’t fill the bun, and seemed to have more batter than fish. I also found the chip portions smaller than expected, and the drink was packed in with the hot food, which meant it arrived warm. I think with a more generous portion size, a thicker fillet in the burger, and separate packaging for drinks, this could have been an excellent experience.

One of the better fish and chip shops around. Fish was nicely battered, chips were hot and crunchy, and the food didn’t feel oily. Friendly service as well.

We travel across the east for these. Frankly, just better than all else we've tried. Love the chips, none of those straight outta the bag of all the same chips. If you like your FnC old school, nothing better than here. Don't change anything!👍

I visited a couple of weeks ago. The sweet and sour pork was okay, nothing exciting and not even close to the best sweet and sour porks I've eaten. The wontons were awful - barely joined together and far too oily.
