Nice cafe. The apple pie was bursting with fresh apple flavor, and the coffee was rich and perfectly brewed. The combination of the apple pie and coffee was absolutely perfect😆

So far I have tried the normal pearls milk tea and the brown sugar fresh milk. I usually ordered 30% sugar (lowest) for bubble tea drinks and Cha dam has adjusted the perfect sugar level in my taste. What impressed me the most was how they allows you to adjust sugar level in brown sugar fresh milk where most of the bubble tea shops locked in the sugar levels which's fair to maintain the product quality but sometimes it's too sweat for me. To be fair, pearls milk tea is quite standard and similar nowadays, I haven't tried other products from here but for Brown Sugar Fresh Milk, I would go to Cha Dam.

This place was awesome! The Boba tea was delicious. The prices were fair and the staff were friendly. We have the beef and coriander sandwich and it was excellent! If you’re in this area, it’s a must try.
