This is my favorite egg tart shop in Auckland.
The price is high, but the tarts are large and full of flavor. If you want to enjoy them fresh, I recommend visiting early in the morning! The price has gone up quite a bit, so I can’t have them often, but it’s a nice treat once in a while. If you buy four, they come in a box, making them great as a gift too.
They also have delicious sponge cake, with the “original” being the best. However, I don’t recommend the slice cakes.

This store has excellent sponge cakes—we tried the Oreo and tiramisu flavours, and both were delicious without being too sweet. The lady serving us was absolutely lovely and even gave us a sample of the chocolate sponge, which was light and soft. The egg tarts looked fantastic as well, so we’ll definitely be back to try them next time. If you’re in the city, you should definitely check this place out!

I've bought a lot of different desserts and pastries from this branch in midcity and the one in the atrium and it's really the best. The staffs are always so friendly and accomodating, this is my go-to place for a small snack after work. Highly recommended!
