Bangin’. Fantastic staff. The Special Flavoured Eggplant was incredible. The prawn noodles were fantastic, good flavour and deliciously savoury, and the vegetable dumplings have to be some of the BEST I’ve had in years. So so good and delightful. We want more!!

We have heard from work that this place was good. So stopped by for take away.
Ordered 2 set of Dumplings - prawn and pork & vegetable. Sweet and sour.
Price is not bad. Service was OK. The lady was friendly but her English is not good. You just have to be a bit understanding that English is not her first language but service is good.
Shop is just a little bit rundown but food make it up for it.
Menu is Hugh. I wish I could try them all. Look great.

I had a wonderful meal at Rising Sun Dumpling. The dishes were flavorful and fresh especially the spicy beef braised noodles. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. Highly recommend for anyone craving quality Chinese food!

We travelled from Auckland to South Island, and had lunch or dinner for Chinese food a few times. This is the best one we had during the trip. It is even the best Chinese restaurant in New Zealand ( We have been living in Auckland for 9yrs). I recommend 水煮肉 and 风味茄子, love it so much.
