We tried the Thai Cashew Chicken and the Pad Prek Khing, and both dishes were packed with flavour and cooked to perfection. The Cashew Chicken had a beautiful mix of textures—crunchy cashews, crisp vegetables, and tender chicken, all brought together with a deliciously savoury sauce. The Pad Prek Khing was rich and fragrant, with just the right level of spice and generous portions of meat and veggies. You can really taste the freshness in every bite.
The lady who took our order was so friendly and helpful—she made the whole experience even better with her warm and welcoming attitude. It’s always nice to be greeted with a smile, especially when you’re picking up food after a long day.
Another big plus is the parking—there’s plenty of space available, which makes pickup quick and hassle-free. The portion sizes were also very generous, and you could tell the ingredients were high quality. Nothing felt rushed or cheap—just good, honest Thai food made with care.
Overall, Mini Siam is definitely a hidden gem in Takanini. If you’re looking for fresh, tasty Thai food with great service and easy parking, we highly recommend giving them a try. We’ll definitely be back!

Had such a great experience at Mini Siam in Takanini! I ordered the Chicken Pad Thai and it was absolutely delicious – perfectly cooked, full of flavour, and such a generous portion. For just $15, the serve size was more than enough and excellent value for money. Friendly service and tasty food – I’ll definitely be returning and will be recommending Mini Siam to others!

We've been ordering from Mini Siam for years. The food is consistently amazing and the staff are super friendly! I have an allergy to sesame and they always take such great care with my food. Highly recommend!

Update 16/11/21: After having ordered from multiple Thai places down South, I'd say, Mini Siam offers the BEST foods!
Ordered the Massaman curry today and it was absolutely delicious! Big chunks of beef and potatoes, and the beef was very tender. The curry was very flavorful and rich. Dish might be good for 2 people. Note: the meal doesn't come with rice.
Also ordered rice on the side for $2. Rice was perfectly cooked. Enough rice for 1 person.
Update: Oct 2021- Ordered Tom Yum soup (small) and Pad Thai and again, both are very delicious! Really big portions! And was so surprised to see 2 jellies for free ❤ Thank you!
