Little Tiger Dumpling is truly a hidden gem for take away dumplings or a quick dinning setting. Seating is limited but don’t let that stop you. We got take away pork and cabbage dumplings and chicken fried rice and ate at a near by park. The owner is very sweet and so helpful in all the questions we had. Everything is so fresh and made to order. She even had a deal that if you spent $16.50 NZ you got a drink included with your meal. Not sure if this was a daily thing or a special of the day but check her out! And she has sins of sauces to choose from for your dumplings. The fried rice was great as well.

The fried rice has that Wok hey taste and dumplings were filled and chewy 😩 wish i could take 100 back home with me lol. it was so good i came back the next day. PS it’s more of a takeaway place

quote It was our first night in New Zealand and just wanted something quick and delicious. Little Tiger was perfect. Small menu but everything great. And done quickly. We had the Fried Chicken and Corn and the Tofu Dumplings and an order of Chicken Friend rice. My favorite may have been the Tofu Dumplings, the texture of the filling was like ground meat and so tasty. The chef was super friendly and made sure we had all the sauces and utensils we needed.
