Reasonable price and great portion. Taste okay. Surprisingly, it was good ambiance from the inside. There was Jay Chou's song at the background, not sure if that's the reason how the restaurant get it's name

Quite disappointed with the food. Portions were big though. The spicy and sour soup was so sour it gave me reflux lol. Way too much vinegar. Sweet sour pork was decent. Black bean beef with veges was very average.

JJ Kitchens Just Jolly “Fine Chinese” Kiitchen in Royal Oak!!! Had a surprisingly good lunch at a new restaurant at Royal Oak roundabout and found their Beef Brisket hotpot is very good (apart from oily from the beef fat 😅) Plenty of carpark. Well staffing Definitely come back again.

We like the JJ special rice and the sweet and sour fish, they are both really good :) also like others say, big portion sizes. We bought three plates for the two of us and look how much is left over.

I've been a weekly regular here several years now so was a bit shocked to see change of ownership. Bought sweet n sour chicken. It was nice but portion is too big for one. Tasted good but the only veges were carrot and onion and not much of either. Usually sweet n sour comes with pineapple and capsicum too. Bit disappointing.
