I really enjoyed the food here. It's Asian food but definitely caters to kiwi taste. The name describes it well... Definitely yummy. Great choice for takeaway too.

This is the only photo I took cos everything was demolished. Great food and service. Glad to see that they are still in the same place for more than 25 years. The sambal fish is highly recommended.

I’m 64 years old. I’ve travelled in over 30 countries. I arrived in Christchurch after a long drive from Dunedin late at night and ordered the sweet and sour crispy chicken. Just expecting a ‘feed’. I’ve eaten a lot of Chinese takeaway food over the years. This was without a doubt the best Chinese (I know they don’t eat this in China) takeaway I have ever had. Fresh crunchy vegetables - this is rare, normally flaccid and icky, perfectly cooked moist chicken in a light batter, unctuous tasty sauce. Perfect fluffy rice. Just delightful. Good packaging right down to the mint tucked into the bag. Really really good. Thank you Yummy and thank you Zilong for your care and accurate and timely delivery close to closing time. Fantastic!
