Gganbu Korean Restaurant

Had Uber order. Chicken was so so so tasty!! Porkbelly was amazing. Just some sesame oil was spiiled so whole take away bag was wet T.T. My phone got dirty, too. But food was just awesome!!

Last night in nz so we tried Gganbu for dinner. Ordered the Dandan chicken which was tasty. Nice flavour and large portion. Staff were friendly and it came out quick. Would recommend

Ordered takeaway of the banban chicken, enjoyed being able to try two different flavours - my preference was the sweet and spicy side. The order came with a nice side salad with sauce as well as some radish on the side. The food was ready on time which is lovely. Would definitely try other dishes next time and maybe look at dining in too!

Food was absolutely amazing, waitress was super nice and I particularly enjoyed the horse door. Reasonably priced, great portions, and really authentic. Loved all of it. Only criticism is the use of ai art, just looks a bit tacky imo. But looking past that everything else was great

Gganbu is a worthwhile destination for those seeking an authentic Korean dining experience. While the wait times can be a bit longer, the delicious food, friendly service, and unique ambiance make it a memorable experience. l'd recommend: Making a reservation in advance, especially during peak hours. Inquiring about any vegetarian or dietary restrictions when making your reservation.
