My family and I have been regular visitors to Asian Wok, and it never fails to hit the spot for our Chinese food cravings! This gem of a restaurant consistently delivers mouthwatering dishes with vibrant flavors that keep us coming back for more. From the moment you walk in, the warm and friendly service makes you feel right at home, and the speed at which the food arrives is impressive without compromising quality. Some of our absolute favorites include the succulent tiger prawns, the rich and savory salted fish and eggplant casserole, and the perfectly crisp green beans fry. The steamed pork ribs are tender and packed with flavor, while the beef honeycomb in peanut sauce and kung pao chicken bring just the right balance of spice and texture. We also can’t get enough of the beef and spring onion stir-fry, which is always a crowd-pleaser. Every dish is prepared with care, showcasing authentic flavors that make every bite a delight. The staff’s attentiveness and the welcoming atmosphere only add to the experience, making Asian Wok our go to spot for Chinese cuisine in Auckland. The best yum cha I have experienced in Auckland! Strangely excellent service even though busy, and very delicious food. The interior is very clean, tidy and well decorated. The staff are hard working, I hope they take breaks. I recommend! Sat 12pm.

Great value for money, we had the duck and a few cold dishes, plus yum cha. The taste was amazing and every dish came in big portion. Plus, the service was flawless, as the waitresses were very attentive and friendly. Would love to come again

Excellent decor and layout. The food came out regularly and quickly. The variety of dishes is your standard Yum Cha options and I didn't see any special dishes other restaurants may not have had. The quality and taste is good, but I did not feel the price was good value. Parking at the customer car park or paid off street parking

We recently checked out Asian Wok Yum Cha and had an amazing time. The staff were super friendly and made us feel welcome right away. The place looks fantastic, like something straight out of a Chinese historical site, but with a modern and clean vibe. The food was incredible and came out really quickly. Every dish we tried was delicious—the best yum cha and Chinese food I’ve ever had. The staff were really helpful and gave us great recommendations. The restaurant has a calm and quiet atmosphere, perfect for a relaxed meal. Parking was easy, which was a nice bonus. Overall, it was definitely worth the visit, and I’m definitely going back for more!
