My friends highly recommended this seafood restaurant, my expectations were also set very high. Unfortunately, upon trying it out, the taste and quality of the ingredients were average at best.

We went to this restaurant while we were visiting Auckland. The food is fantastic! We had Geoduck sashimi and steamed Storm Shell with garlic and vermicelli. All for live seafood. Very fresh and at a reasonable price. The staffs are also super friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

That was before Covid 928 Yamchar had been in the same location for decades.
After Covid it turned into a seafood lovers paradise, offering fresh cook seafood menus including hotpot and stir-fry.
$198 as a base for a rich ingredients seafood combination hotpot. It sounds pretty expensive but it's actually worthy to give it a try
Two of us were so full with this basic seafood hotpot, we should get more people to order more .
